Does this test fail immediately? I can't reproduce it on three systems (OS X, FreeBSD, Windows) ... so I suspect it's either a race condition or dependent on something on your system. I may have to resolve this as "works for me".
Can't reproduce the problem. No response from reporter. Ticket closed.
