Thank you for your reporting, Just before I released the Module, I changed the Module name, then forgot update MANIFEST file. Due to this renamed files were not included. You are the first reporter of this issue. This means nobody except me used this module. I'm sure Makefile.PL needs to be modified to support non-Cygwin environment. It seems you own Microsoft compiler. If you kindly help debugging of Makefile.PL for non-Cygwin environment, I'll send you the lastest files and would like to debug with you.
