Subject: Crashes with current BBC XML
Latest AS Perl, lastest everything (fresh install): TV::Anytime's XML::LibXML parser barfs on the XML PI attribute encoding='ISO-8859- 9', which is currently in the BBC tarballs recommended for testing.
