Subject: 1.09 Broken?
I noticed this was just updated a couple of weeks ago, but I am unable to get it to work. No error msgs from $gmail , just the following warnings when trying to run examples: C:\perlstuff\SA>SA.pl Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at D:/Perl/site/lib/LWP/Protocol/http.pm line 25. Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at D:/Perl/site/lib/Mail/Webmail/Gmail.pm line 1425. Use of uninitialized value in array dereference at C:\perlstuff\SA\SA.pl line 102. For this example I was trying to get contacts, but tried many other methods as well.

This was my mistake. Module is working fine. The problem is that GMail has a bad habit of silently locking ones POP/SMTP access if it is 'overused' . If anyone finds this module not working, try this link, then try again: https://www.google.com/accounts/UnlockCaptcha?
