When setting up the configuration file (perl
-MModule::Starter::PBP=setup), the user is prompted for full name and
e-mail address values, but is not prompted to provide a template path,
as described in the module's documentation.
Module::Starter::PBP templates are always created in
~/.module-starter/PBP as a result.
