See ticket 20927 in Test::Dependencies -- this use of Test::Dependencies
fails for vaguely subtle reasons documented there. (In this case, it's
t/pod-coverage.t and t/pod.t. Just taking away its -T will fix the
symptom.)
t/01-dependencies....Could not compile 't/pod-coverage.t': error code:
512 at /opt/cpan/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Test/Dependencies.pm line 119.
