Subject: | Include statements not parsed correctly |

When parsing a named.conf file with an include statement inside of
"options", the parser improperly stops processing the main file to parse
up to that point. The result is an unbalanced error.
Sample which would cause the error:
options {
directory "/var/lib/named";
include "standardoptions";
}
The bracket analyzer would not see the final '}'
