Subject: Imager::API doesn't mentions loading Imager itself

Imager::API mentions several things in creating an Imager dependent XS module, but misses one step: =head2 Foo.pm use Imager 0.48; this is needed so the BOOT code can find the callback table. (only a ticket while Imager svn in transition)
