I believe this bug is resolved in the release of 1.87_62. There were several problems at once, the most obvious being that the help text did not inform the user that it is expecting integer as the answer. So a user typing 'asia' did not get any useful hint what's the problem. Apart from that I found several inconsistencies that are hopefully ironed out now and commented in the ChangeLog. Thanks!
