Hello,
When trying to install DateTime::Event::Lunar (e.g. with CPANPLUS), I
get the following error message relating to a missing public key:
[DateTime-Event-Lunar-0.04]$ cpansign -v
Executing gpg --verify --batch --no-tty
--keyserver=hkp://pgp.mit.edu:11371
--keyserver-options=auto-key-retrieve SIGNATURE

Obviously CPANPLUS refuses to continue the installation in that case.
