CPAN install of XML::Literal 0.01 fails tests because
dependency Sub::Override is not found (and it is not
installed automatically).
After installing Sub::Override manually installing
XML::Literal goes OK.
$ perl -v
This is perl, v5.8.7 built for
cygwin-thread-multi-64int
(with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)
