distribution: Email::Send 0.07 perl_version: 5.8.8 platform: Linux 2.6.8 (Debian/i386) I couldn't get this to install via CPAN on my first try, because one of the tests required Test::Without::Module, and I didn't have it installed.

This was broken around 2.15 or so, not 0.07 as reported. Fixed in 2.16, now on its way to the CPAN. -- rjbs
