Subject: auto_install is not needed
The auto_install Makefile.PL command is only needed in situations with features or optional modules. Since XML::Feed has a straight forward set of dependencies, NOT using it simplifies the dependency handling for the CPAN clients greatly, and obeys the follow/ask/none recursion rules better
