Subject: document known test skips/problems in README
Skip messages don't leave a lot of space for explanations, unless you don't mind them wrapping ugly-like. Rather than tell a test failure's life story in a short line, put complete information about it in the README file and point to it. For example: "ok # skip: See README section 8.2" This would require revising the README harshly enough to include section numbers.
