I have installed XML::LibXML and the ActivePerl ppm always is printing hundreds of lines: Unable to recognise encoding of this document at D:/Perl/site/lib/XML/SAX/PurePerl/EncodingDetect.pm line 96, <$__ANONIO__> line 1. fist line of module is: # $Id: EncodingDetect.pm,v 1.5 2003/09/29 20:20:41 matt Exp $
