Subject: Error in WEST configuration
The WEST timezone is supposed to be configured as +0100 because it is WET with Daylight Savings Time on but it is in fact configured exactly as WET so in this summer time all the calculations are off by one hour. This does the trick (on Manip.pm) :-) - "west +0000 ". # Western European Daylight + "west +0100 ". # Western European Daylight
