Subject: converter doesn't handle heads
This module strips out head tags instead of converting them. (FWIW, I checked, and the UseMod modules handles heads properly. Oddmuse is a descendent of UseMod and has mostly the same syntax. I'm not sure, but the only important difference may be that OddMuse can be configured to turn off CamelCase.)

I'm assuming you're referring to the <h1> through <h6> *header* tags, not the <head> tag. Thanks for spotting the bug. I've added the missing header support to H::WC::Oddmuse and have uploaded it to CPAN. -- David Iberri
