There's a situation in which hwd does not return a piece of information
that would be useful for planning:
Of the estimated hours not completed, how many are left
Upon conversation with Andy, that comes out to:
Unstarted + Started - Partial
Partial is hours spent on tasks that are not yet done.
Given:
- a (5h)
user 2006-01-01 ^ 1 X
- b (5h)
user 2006-01-01 ^ 1
- c (5h)
user 2006-01-01 ^ 1
- d (5h)
The number would be 13
