Looks like I forgot to delete a file when I packed up the distribution. rm t/files/.mediawiki I'm about to do the same, and will re-do the upload

I've re-uploaded this without the offending config file. The presence of the file I've removed caused the server tests to be run, which only works if you've set up a local mediawiki server.
