Subject: =items do not become anchors
search.cpan.org implements list =items as anchors. For example: http://search.cpan.org/~NWCLARK/perl-5.8.8/pod/perlport.pod#system is an =item entry on the system function. AnnoCPAN does not insert these anchors. For example, http://www.annocpan.org/~NWCLARK/perl-5.8.8/pod/perlport.pod#system does not find the =item on the system function. This means that some links that work on CPAN may not work on AnnoCPAN.
