Subject: Spiffy 0.30 META.yml have version: 0.25
The META.yml file, although probably not used critically by everything yet, contains the wrong version for Spiffy 0.30. Instead of "version: 0.30", it has "version: 0.25".

This is unfortunate as I'd like to use the MetaCPAN API to keep up with changes in the modules I have an interest in, and MetaCPAN uses the version number from META.yml.
