The OpenFrame distribution doesn't seem to include a license statement
anywhere other than in lib/OpenFrame/Argument/Blob.pm. Without a clear
license, the package for Fedora Extras is being held up.

If you could add a license statement to the OpenFrame distribution,
that would be ideal. In the mean time, just letting me know definitely
if "GPL or Artistic" was the intended license should let us get the
Extras package released.
