It would be useful for those using the distribution in log analysis to know the accuracy of the IP::Country::Fast module. At this point, I don't have a clear idea of how to make this estimate.
For example, it is possible that multinational companies may use US-registered IP addresses outside of the USA. It is difficult to see how this could be measured.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
