Subject: Module::Build passes make test, fails make install
Module::Build make install failed to actually install. I think possibly due to failure of Pod::Readme to install, because of a currently missing key on the keyserver. Pod::Readme is listed as an optional prerequisite for Module::Build. See my Pod::Readme bug# 19113

I saw it a lot, but in trying to provide you with the output, I'm now unable to recreate the problem that I was having earlier. That's good! Please close this out.
