I installed Perlbal via Cpan.pm, which automatically downloaded and
installed some dependencies. When running perlbal for the first time,
it failed to compile because the HTTP::Date module was not installed. I
notice this dependency is missing from the META.yml file in the .tar.gz
distribution. I assume that adding it there would prevent others from
having the same problem.
This is on centos-release-4-3.2.
