Hi, I have recently ionstalled request track v. 3.4 and I am trying to allow tickets to be due in a certain number of hours. The RT wiki pointed me to Jesse Vincent's Business::Hours library, available from CPAN. I downloaded the Perl module, but not knowing Perl, I have no idea how to install it. Unfortunately, just installing perl libraries won't get you that sort of behavour. It's something that would require some custom development. Best, Jesse Show quoted text
