Hi Neil,
I sent you this patch a long time ago so I am adding it here for reference, I am currently
working with a client where this patch again is interesting, so please reconsider applying it.
Btw. please ignore the CVS tags included in the patch, these should realign when the code is
put into source control on your side.
If you do not have the time maintain the module, I would not mind becomming co-
maintainer, hence there are some pretty interesting patches for the module in the queue.
If you need additional POD and tests please let me know.
I have used Locale::Country a bit, if you would rather have a notation like the one in that
particular module and therefor find my patch a wrong approach, please let me know.
