Hello,
Thinking about the RDF generated by your script, it might make more
sense to associate the exif properties to the .jpg file itself, instead
of the flickr photo page (as it currently is).
I don't think it makes sense to say that
http://www.flickr.com/photos/13127522@N00/129782678 has focalLength of
7.3mm. However, the image that that page is about probably has a focal
length of 7.3mm.
It might make sense to say that
<http://www.flickr.com/photos/13127522@N00/129782678> a flickr:photoPage ;
flickr:forImage <http://static.flickr.com/52/129782678_f1a6d550c0_o.jpg> .
<http://static.flickr.com/52/129782678_f1a6d550c0_o.jpg> a
dcterms:StillImage ;
exif:focalLength [ rdf:value "7.3"; m:unit "mm" ].
