Subject: Document the ConnectionManager constructor parameter.
I told someone about it in a public forum, in a way that implies it's public. Cat's out of the bag, and anyway, I couldn't figure a better way to do the thing I explained. So document it.

Code in POD (basically preformatted text) is denoted by leading whitespace, I've fixed your patch to do this.
