Subject: CtCmd fails Makefile.PL version check for Solaris 5.10
Makefile.PL CheckVer subroutine fails to recognize that SunOS 5.10 >= SunOS 5.7 since the comparison is checking that 5.10 >= 5.7, which isn't true.

I'm able to build and the tests are successful with /usr/bin/perl v5.8.4 on SunOS 5.10 with CtCmd version 1.11 and ClearCase 8.0.0.6.
