I had the same problem. Unfortunately, I shut down my aol account
because I could not stop this problem. The contents pf my computer
were uploaded onto a shared website on MSN, under my screen name, but
password protected, and I, of course, did not have the password.
Since then, all kinds of crap has been placed on my employment
websites, and I shudder to think where else and of what nature. It is
the worst kind of identity theft; and I just want to post the screen
names to AIM.exe so that my previous screen names will be prevented
from being used any further. These are
dianemarie21258,integrity672,nograterlov (referencing God's love)
Nightingale2200, blueangel (this was my daughter's and I do not
remember the numbers afterwards. There was another screen name for my
grandson. I closed this account, not knowing that in doing so, gave
someone else the right to take over my screen names; and the abuse
began. I started a new account dianemarie248, and readrights (hoping
to deter negative activity under my account) but once I explained this
in an email to my sis, this explanation was posted so that whoever had
access to my files, and recreated their own inappropriate versions,
etc. knew it was just me. Whatever needs to be done to delete aim.exe,
or the accompanying virus, please fix it right away. My hard drive
was fried. I am not on the internet at all because of the identity
theft, and hope that someone reading this will contact aim.exe, asking
them to remove these screen names from use because someone is using my
identity and has basically ruined my life. I looked for the site
address for contact info, but to no avail. If anyone reads this,
please be kind enough to contact aim.exe. Like I said, I am not on
line, and do not have access to a computer. I have not had a working
personal computer for many months...and while I did, I had no idea of
what was being done with my identity. Thanks so much for getting this
to the right contact for removal of these screen names from active use
ever. AOL said this is what I have to do--go on aim.exe and just tell
them of the identity theft and abuse of screen names; yet, I cannot
find the right place to send. Thank you so much for helping if you
will. You would be an angel to me at this point. Take care. Diane
