With the information available so far, no. Please read: http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html If you give the information necessary to identify your problem - details like platform, Perl version, DBI version, DBD::Informix version, ESQL/C version, IDS version, minimal script that reproduces the problem, the actual error message, any other germane information, then maybe. Oh - it is an ODBC error; so ESQL/C itself is not relevant, but the ODBC is; which ClientSDK version are you using? Which version of DBD::ODBC are you using? If on a non-Windows platform, which ODBC Driver Manager are you using? Even with this information, I may not be able to help - but I'll look into it. -- Jonathan Leffler <jleffler@earthlink.net> <jleffler@us.ibm.com> Guardian of DBD::Informix 2003.04 -- see http://dbi.perl.org/ "I don't suffer from insanity - I enjoy every minute of it!"
