Hands-Free installation via yum or even CPAN is (currently) outside the scope of SOAP::Lite's development. You seem to be installing SOAP::Lite with all options and using the extended test suite. Please download SOAP::Lite and follow the standard installation process (perl Makefile.PL && make && make install). Please try selecting the options you need, and just running the core tests.
