Subject: create_packlist missing
I installed the development version (0.2708) of M::B on my workstation to resolve issues with version. That worked fine. However when I was trying to install App::Build (0.62) it would fail. App::Build uses Module::Build as its SUPER class. So App::Build would attempt to use an inheritted method from M::B called create_packlist, but it does not exists in the 0.2708. It does exist in 0.2609.
