Subject: Can't override build_directory
If build_directory is specified in the .prf file, overriding it on the commandline doesn't work.

Lots of things couldn't be overridden on the CLI. now the CLI is _really_ high priority. anything defined on the cCLI is taken. This means that -sd xxx -sd yyy in a prf will be ignored if any -sd appears on the CLI. some for defines, etc...
