Cast of TV series can't be looked up

In the current version of IMDB::Film, the credits of television series can't be looked up, and t/m6_get_movie_by_title_with_cr_casts fails. It seems IMDB changed the site a bit, so the lookup fails. The attached patch fixes this. Kind regards, Bas.
