wifty appears to come with a bin/jifty bundled with it, which causes it
to use /usr/bin/perl rather than, for instance, /usr/local/bin/perl.
This is a problem if you've built Jifty with something other than
/usr/bin/perl.
Obviously, you can work around this just by editing wifty/bin/jifty and
changing it to the appropriate perl, but that feels like a stopgap,
rather than a solution.
