While I'm not entirely clear on which particular Win32 issue for File::HomeDir was fixed when,
I don't think they were fixed at the point when I began to develop the ExtUtils::ModuleMaker
utility subroutines that eventually evolved into File::Save::Home. In any event, File::Save::
Home has a number of subroutines which are not redundant because they are not found in
File::HomeDir.
