It looks like we're signing the directory too early, before a few files get modified. This bug seems to have been present for a long time, and you're the first to notice! I'll get this fixed and upload a new release soon. -Ken

Ken, Thanks. I only noticed because I tried to upgrade M::B via CPANPLUS today. I've always used Fink or just the CVS HEAD in the past. Chris
