Subject: | must have some sort of signature file initially |
With a fresh checkout of my sources, a lot of files don't exist. I run
docmaker to create most of them, and then do a cpansign to create the
signature. However:
iain@dellah0% cpansign -s
No such file: SIGNATURE
No such file: SIGNATURE
==> MISMATCHED content between MANIFEST and the distribution! <==
==> Please correct your MANIFEST file and/or delete extra files. <==
Could not write to SIGNATURE at /opt/perl/5.8.0-cpan/lib/site_perl/5.8.0/Module/Signature.pm line 364.
iain@dellah2% touch SIGNATURE
iain@dellah0% cpansign -s
You need a passphrase to unlock the secret key for
user: "Iain Truskett <ict@eh.org>"
1024-bit DSA key, ID A29058C8, created 2002-03-15
==> SIGNATURE file created successfully. <==
iain@dellah0%
So, perhaps when there is no SIGNATURE file, it could be regarded as
existing if we're signing?
cheers,

Iain.
