Did you install, or try "perl -Mblib t/pod/pod2usage.t" ? Anyway, I will try to address this in 1.35, but no guarantees, I do not have Perl/WinXP.
Please send me what your perl OS is: perl -e "print qq($^O\r\n)" I need to add this to skip some tests
Should be fixed in 1.35
