Subject: need version requirement for Exception::Class
I have confirmed that Exception::Class 1.19 doesn't work with SVN::Web. Error reported in test is: Can't locate object method "caught" via package "SVN::Web::X" Exception::Class 1.22 doesn't have any problems, so I would suggest adding version to requires() in Makefile.PL. This explains failed tests for me (on two different machines).
