Bug #16681 for Win32-GUI: Drag and Drop Shell Integration

Win32::GUI seems to lack the ability to make a window accept Drag'n'Drops from other applications. The functionality found in http://user.bahnhof.se/~johanl/perl/Win32GUI/DragDrop.pm should be built into Win32::GUI. Also, so far there seems to be no documentation for Drag'n'Drop except for the message handler (which is less than helpful).
