Subject: ControlPort cannot be used on Win32 because of Libwrap dependency
The dependency on Authen::Libwrap prevents the use of POE::Component::ControlPort on win32, where libwrap is not available. Would it be possible to make this dependency optional?

Authen::Libwrap provides necessary security for the controlport and I will not remove the dependency on it. It should also be noted that I don't support Win32 as a platform, for various reasons that I'm not going into here.

libwrap adds host.allow and host.deny functionality which is way better than nothing and provides some modicum of access control. Forgive me if I gave the impression that there was room for discussion on this point. There is not. The libwrap dependency stays.
