I think the list of prerequisite modules in the Smart::Comments pod
documentation should be L<> links. Then, assuming the CPAN web
interface does something sensible, they'll become links to the doc for
those modules.

I know some pod translators do silly things with these L<> links but
that's probably a reason to fix the translator.
