POE::Queue should be a virtual base class for POE::Queue::Array and
whatever else comes along. The interface documentation should be moved
from POE::Queue::Array into POE::Queue and made generic wherever
possible. POE::Queue::Array's documentation should, like the
POE::Loop::* modules, be gutted and replaced with pointers back to the
base class.
