In new(), the code appends ":143" to $server. It might be nice to only
do this when ($server !~ /:\d+$/).
I bumped into this as Email::Folder::IMAP seems to append :143 before
calling into Net::IMAP::Simple, which makes it all break. I guess it's
a bug in the Email::* module, but it might be nice to tolerant of servers
with ports already present ...
