Net::ParseWhois has not been updated in many years, last release was version 0.62. Most of the functionality of the module has "died" thanks to the changing WHOIS frontier.
I've attempted to contact the author about this before in the past but had no luck. I've done a great deal of fixes and additions to this module in the past month and restored most functionality. i'd like to see a functional version once again be available to the public.
If the author is not available (I've tried contacting him again recently), I'm willing to adopt this module.
