Subject: ExtUtils::Manifest should strip CRLF/NL off MANIFEST.SKIP
I just transferred a MANIFEST.SKIP file, with DOS line endings, from DOS to GNU and got all sorts of junk added to my MANIFEST. I suggest the MANIFEST.SKIP reader strip line endings... TIA.
