Subject: Only allows 2 levels of heading
Pod::PlainText (and possibly others) only allow for two heading levels, failing if it encounters a '=head3' directive. Is this an intentional limitation? Newer perls specifically allow for '=head3' & '=head4' according to `perldoc perlpod`

Will be fixed in Pod::PlainText in next release of Pod-Parser. -Marek
